Socle is CCI and CCI is Socle. It only takes a limited amount of investigation to tie the two tightly together. I believe many years ago CCI was dinged by the Dept of Ed on an issue. As part of a corrective action CCI promised to outsource their... — read more

I can't believe Tom M. Is not a coordinator anymore. He actually cared. The only coordinator left that's worth a shit is Paul D. The other coordinators are terrible.

Dear Barclays Bank Hatchet Men: Here's Where You Cut

Barclay's is not afraid to cut to the bone, and into the marrow (they are planning to cut their own staff ths year). Clearly, people know where the corruption is. If Barclays is doing due diligence, someone is monitoring this website (we know Kent... — read more

I have never work at a place where everyone hates their job and complains as much as this place does. The leadership coming from administration is terrible and mostly to blame. It is just a shame because the students suffer.

Admissions

Enroll enough students to keep them happy, they won't complain about your smile, or how you said hello. Don't enroll enough, and you'll be told you don't know how to smile, and suddenly you're a POS--you don't even know how to say hello right. Does... — read more

Stop whining, it won't do anything

Quit or be fired, one or the other. Start networking for new employment, you are going to sooner or later anyways. CCI is done, be an adult and realize it. If you stay around, no sympathy, you asked for it.

Get over it

For all of you who are whining about CCI, get over it. CCI is not concerned about what you think. CCI has a business model to enroll as many hood rats as possible, nothing more. CCI will close its doors LONG before any change in the business model is... — read more

Another great decision by "Leadership"-they have eliminated the only team that handles/troubleshoots the school issued laptops. Plan is to train all the advisors/success coaches to perform that task. What a cluster that will be. In the meeting I was... — read more

How many directors have only one employee?

With all the layoffs, people quitting and not being replaced, the number of employees per director has been going down near one. Why does CCi need so many directors with only one or two employees?

Blairsville Wyotech

Today they laid off more people at the Blairsville WyoTech campus. Passed work to Socole and eliminated jobs. The campus can not survive and no one wants to buy a sinking ship.

Revenues

"Net revenue was $349.8 million versus $395.9 million, a decrease of 11.7%." So revenues are down $46 million for the quarter, yet upper management has implemented "cost saving measures" of roughly $31 million per quarter. And so many claims that... — read more

California lawsuit update

California has filed a motion to compel due to lack of discovery responses by CCI. A mandatory settlement conference is scheduled for July to try to settle the case. The trial date is scheduled for April 15, 2015

"Cost saving measures"

The revenues are going down much faster than the so-called "cost saving measures." In other words, all the cuts are necessary, but insufficient to actually produce a significant change in net income.
