Yes,the survey is intended to be taken only by students, and, yes, I am saying they fudged the numbers. This shouldn't be surprising to anyone. It's supposed to measure the students' level of satisfaction with the programs and services received. I reported this to the higher ups, but it appears they knew this all along. Cheating on the survey doesn't matter. What matters is the net promoter score so that the bonuses keep rolling in.

I worked at a campus where we were told to ask students to do the surveys again. When we protested about ethics, we were told that we needed a certain percentage of responses per student pop and since the online students were not doing it, we had to ask the in-class students to do it again and again... Some students complained but nothing got done about it.
It appears that the WAVE survey is about student satisfaction. Are you saying that CCi workers are putting false information in the system? If so, were you given orders or did you do it out of desperation?
