Barclay's is not afraid to cut to the bone, and into the marrow (they are planning to cut their own staff ths year). Clearly, people know where the corruption is. If Barclays is doing due diligence, someone is monitoring this website (we know Kent Jenkins and CCi have been been monitoring the site). It does no good to say "I don't like management" What might help is to say, "I have actual knowledge that Mike X, an admissions rep at my campus in Whateverville, consistently lied to prospective students by telling them that Everest is regionally accredited. I also have actual knowledge, and am willing to testify under oath, that Mike's supervisor, the DOA, and the campus president, heard Mike tell that same lie to prospective students, and that they rewarded Mike for telling that lie." That's specific and relevant.

Isn't that easy? Start at the top. Get rid of the entire board of directors and everyone listed under the "Management Team" tab on CCi's main website. Every one of those people actively contributed to the current disastrous situation at CCi. After that, clear out everyone in any role in admissions, financial aid, and placement and anyone who supervised people in those roles. That would make a good start.
