CCi keeps laying people off after every start all while continuing to bring in new hires....is it right that 50 plus people get laid off all while a training class is going on and another one in the works?? All for these employees to be laid off in near future.

I'm sure people know. The first one to lose his or her job may be able to clue the government in on the rationale.
Yes all the hiring costs money and it costs money to offer and employee severance as well especially ones who haven't been there long. None of it makes logical sense. In sure if we knew their behind the scenes unethical plans we could see the bigger picture!
All of that hiring and training costs money, too.
