I totally agree that culture change is no longer possible. Until we get rid of the entire board of directors and everyone listed under the "Management Team" tab on the CCi website, very little will change, except the ongoing death spiral.

Regarding hiring Barclays, CCi does not have the resources to change the culture, which takes both time and money. CCi has neither time nor money at this point.

People with real degrees don't need CCi.

No..I graduated from a real university. If your desire is to see CCI eliminate your job..by all means give the AG everything you have. It is actually the only responsible thing you can do at this point. But if you think that doing so will "show them" and force management to change what they do or how they do it...I have a bridge in Brooklyn I would like to sell you.

CCI has NO intention of changing. At some point, the remaining idiots who still work there have to come to that conclusion. They WILL shut the place down before they even consider making changes. I encourage all CCI employees to come forward with ALL information they have...but don't expect anything to change in the corporate culture. They hired Barclays, not a management consulting firm, regarding "strategic alternatives." They aren't looking to make changes...they are looking to cut costs and sell what they can for the shareholders. Don't fool yourself for a minute about "changing the company." Get out before you get fired...because it is now inevitable.

You miss the point. When the CA AG finds out how much evidence of criminal misconduct there has been at CCi from top to bottom, that will give her more leverage. Sorry you can't see the big picture. You obviously aren't a strategic thinker. Did you graduate from Everest by any chance?

"If we all show that we are disgruntled for legitimate reasons (not just ticked off at losing our jobs) that will weaken CCi's defense."

And hasten your departure when the millions of dollars of fines eat their cash account. If you are looking to alter CCi's practices to make a better CCI....I have only one thing to say:

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

I agree 9552. I have not yet lost my job, but I have seen things that break my heart when it comes to our students. They are absolutely preyed upon, especially those who are having serious life struggles, and I have to say it, the mentally disabled.

The more people who will stand up and testify about the wrongdoing at CCi, the more leverage the AG will have in the lawsuit. CCi is defending in part by saying the complaints are coming from disgruntled former students and disgruntled former employees. If we all show that we are disgruntled for legitimate reasons (not just ticked off at losing our jobs) that will weaken CCi's defense.

I will take you up on your suggestion and contact the AG on Monday. I will recommend that she hurry up and shut you down! CCI has been scamming students much too long! Face it, no other accredited educational institutions will accept their cheesy credits. The "degrees" are absolutely worthless. Shut 'er down!

I will be contacting her office on Monday, and I truly hope others from this thread will, too. We all have similar stories and experiences, which has to count for something.
