Enroll enough students to keep them happy, they won't complain about your smile, or how you said hello. Don't enroll enough, and you'll be told you don't know how to smile, and suddenly you're a POS--you don't even know how to say hello right. Does not matter that you're doing the same thing as last week, without the desired level of enrollments this week, you are suddenly a POS. Sure they won't write you up for "not enough enrollments this week;" it'll be something more like "terrible customer service, blah, blah, blah," or "mentioned the word finance in the wrong way, blah, blah, blah." Sure you did the same thing last week, but you had enrollments. We all know that if admissions dials, smiles, says hello right, mentions finance in the right way, and gave better customer service the enrollments, and starts, would be there, no matter how unreasonable the expectations are. Oh, and after being told what a POS you are all year, don't expect any raise. How could you? You are already overpaid--you should feel lucky you're paid more than minimum wage. Matter of fact, you should feel lucky to work for us. Most anyone can smile properly. You'd better get to enrolling students--oops, I meant smiling, and dialing.
