Manic Monday Stock Wise

Socle is CCI and CCI is Socle. It only takes a limited amount of investigation to tie the two tightly together. I believe many years ago CCI was dinged by the Dept of Ed on an issue. As part of a corrective action CCI promised to outsource their Title IV monitoring to Global Financial in Gulfport, Mississippi. That partnership has since dissolved. Temporarily CCI was monitoring their own Title IV funding but obviously didn't feel confident that they could do so without jeopardizing their entire entity so they created an offshoot that will take the hit for them. Not a bad plan but its a deception to believe that the elimination of so many experienced back office employees has taken place because CCI has streamlined their system and Socle is the resolution. The stockholders have no concept of the manpower it takes to get physical documents nationwide from so many sources securely over to Socle in California. Add to that mess that CCI has voluntarily undermined any sense of loyalty the remaining employees may have felt. They have seen their experienced comrades and team members marched out the doors over and over. What remains is a toxic environment. CCI might have created a Manic Monday as far as their stocks were concerned but I don't believe the little upswing will last.

True they may be pandering their Socle wares to other schools but using themselves as their case study on their website couldn't be very lucrative. Especially under current conditions.

It's clearly outlined in CCi's reports that SOCLE is owned by CCi. There is no question about that. The question is how much work for other schools, not owned by CCi is SOCLE doing, and will any CCi campus have a finance department?

So true. Unfortunately, every time they do something, albeit deceptive, re enforces their dillusional belief that they are righteous. Not only have they alienated the reimagining staff but they have also disillusioned the students. I would pay to listen to their student engagement process. The staff they have left would have to buy a personality in order to engage these disgruntled students,
