Acquisitions Bit Us in the Butt

Just my opinion but I think the amount of acquisitions Cisco takes part in - most recently Splunk - makes it hard for Cisco to deliver continuously. Why can't we just stop acquiring and focus on the talent retention we have?

New PTO Policy

You have to login VTO in the workday and if you request a VTO for consequence 5 days or more, you need a special approval with leadership.
