Personally I've already quit working until the LR announcements. Either I'll get an extra month of free pay, or I'm starting the new unlimited time off early.

The American Way: Milk it for all its worth.
OP is doing it right.
I’m a SE. Been working working really hard on python and web development skills. Cisco skills these days have almost zero currency in the tech marketplace unless you want to be a low level engineer.
Personally, I’m a bit of an expert in quiet quitting. Even my wife’s been asking me what I mutter under my breath all day. It’s just “quitting” on repeat, but not too loud.
most people quit about 4 year ago
Alright loser. Stop the rant.
You are in unlimited PTO period, cherish it.
seven day weekends for me
AFAIAC I am doing my best not to lose my job before the LR
Otherwise I have advised everybody that my work and my decisions may not be the best due to artificially created extended pressure.
My manager also worked at low speed till the end of the week that just ended. All of a sudden he came back to life with some senseless initiatives so I guess he is skipping this one. He probably won't miss the next one so I am not mad if he gets to stay.
Oh I’ve been working…. On my LinkedIn, on my resume…… 😂😂
@dzg+1ujo61Aa LOL. You’re adorable. You are doing exactly what Cisco wants you to do, work harder so you don’t get a package.
You’re in for a shock to the system when you find out you’re getting a package. Cisco doesn’t give af if you double your work load.
They don’t care if you don’t work either. Your ego will NEVER save you in this process.
Same. The only things I do are expense reports and showing up on mandatory team calls. I could give a rip about this dumpster fire.
Agree. We don't know what we don't know. Not obsessing over this. Looking for a new job, doing the bare minimum until the bo-m lowers and living my life. It's all we can do.
Personally, I’ve been working double since the announcement. I think I was on the list but have since been removed and been replaced by you. Thank you for your service.
