The above is peanut money, it seems that the market expected a larger compensation

Paltalk estimates that it would receive no more than one third of the gross proceeds from the award given the deduction of significant litigation-related expenses.
The company's shares tumbled 35%, to $3.53, in late-morning trading Friday. The stock, which ended Thursday's regular session at $5.46, is up 51% since the beginning of the year.
Shares of Cisco were flat Friday, at $50.35.

Paltalk's patent involves SIP and some pretty standard technologies, so it seems likely they'll be able to sue a lot of vendors. Normally, I would criticize this kind of situation, but since they're going up against Cisco, I can't help but root for them.

On a side note, during the War on Te---r, Paltalk was one of those VoIP companies that the NSA liked to monitor.

Interesting
“The jury determined, opens new tab that Cisco's WebEx web-conferencing products violated Paltalk's patent rights in audio-server technology for teleconferencing.”

Perhaps it explains high level departures?
