New team in Cisco Networking Americas have so much uncertainty. Every direct leader under Jen Kirkpatrick and Kraus are asked to interview for their own roles. Anyone hearing anything? What’s in store for the field sales teams in AMER? Meraki teams had a patch to take care of, while EN side had a combination of patch coverage and click-to-expert/COE. What’s going to be the new structure of networking sales?

Whoever posted that JK is “the worst” - you’ve got some really messed up reference point. She cares about the team, which is a lot more than you can say for many leaders in corporate America.
I think JK is actually fairly decent
Way better than most of the stuck in the past EN leaders
JK is the worst. How did she ever get that role?
Need a big wood shed for all the lazy AM's who work 10 hours a week
Confirmed that most first line and second line managers where redundancy exists will have to interview for their jobs. Jen K is former Meraki so expect her to favor the old teams but still balance that out so it doesn't lean all in one direction.
The company sees more value in the Meraki sales model over the traditional EN sales model ...
Expecting the LRs to hit those who don't pass the interview.
Its time for refresh Sales team. Half of them doesn’t know what they are up to. SE / TSAs are tired of lot of AM and Prof Services sales.
SEMs and SEDs too or simply Sales Directors will be Meraki?
Updates coming next week on changes. Some offsite before GSX started. Some will be without a seat. Expect changes to favor Meraki leadership slightly. Announcements will more formally come as we get close to LR day.
Firing the dead wood directors and regional managers is a good thing
