Cisco laid off essential workers and the sh-t shows are getting worse. Who the fu-k is making the decision on who to layoff is an id--t.

Is anybody actually hopeful about next year?

All I see and read is despair. It feels like nobody believes 2025 will bring anything good. With no sense of optimism, it’s no surprise that morale is at rock bottom.
