Cisco has become exceptionally adept at layoffs. You might even say it’s their best product offering!
They won’t give advanced notice to state labor boards for WARN. Notifications go out to employees on a certain day. They’re given an exit date 2+ months beyond notification, which satisfies WARN reporting. They might report it afterwards but at that point, everyone already knows.
So I wouldn’t spend any time scraping that site hoping to get early insight.
Do some research... WARN is only required when laying off a certain percentage of your global workforce.
