It feels like every day at Avaya is nothing but a reminder of how bad this place is. The constant fear of layoffs, lack of morale, and no sense of responsibility make it feel like the worst workplace imaginable. The whole atmosphere just drains you... — read more
Get out while you can
This place won’t last long. Stop kidding yourself and start looking for something better before you’re stuck without options.
To customers.
If you continue to buy, or stay with, Avaya products then good luck. My experience is that the product suite is subpar and given all the layoffs what is left of support and development is almost non-existent.

Avayas 'new' focus
I find the focus on the '1500' customers a bit funny TBH. What nobody in senior management wants to admit is that a number of those, on-prem, customers are only sticking with Avaya because it's too expensive to change. I know that some of our biggest... — read more

Being set up to be sold
Masarek leaves suddenly and the Chair of the Board steps in and starts hatcheting Leadership and staff. That says that they are layoffs are a set up for a sale. PD walks away with a nice payoff and Avaya gets cut up and sold or ki-led.
Too many good people lost
