It’s full of high school-level drama and managers who’d rather play politics than do anything useful, like their jobs. The hierarchy’s just a bunch of bullies, kiss-ups, and people who don't lift a finger. It’s hard to trust anyone here since one minute they’re friendly, and the next they’re stabbing you in the back. It’s exhausting and totally unsettling.

The general consensus was that Avaya was managed by 'nodding donkeys'... Sounds like that should be updated to early career 'children' 😂😂
