To all the long-time veterans who have been around since dial-up internet and Nokia bricks: I hear you! Loyalty is a rare quality these days, and the fact that you've dedicated two decades is something truly commendable. But hey, just because you've been here since the beginning doesn't mean you automatically get to be CEO! 😉

You can be proud of 10 years but thanking Avaya is a push. The loyalty and sacrifice given has not been reciprocated by open and communications. I sat on every all hands call since AM joined and asked direct questions regarding layoffs and the future of the company only to be fed cr-p.
