Champagne Glasses 🥂

Alan is indeed '...clinking the champagne glasses on New Year's Eve 2024' no doubt toasting his achievements and '...unbelievable' success for FY24/25. 🤣

Alan couldn't resist the lure of $10M to lie for a couple of years and shrink the company. The pay wasn't even linked to performance to ensure tangible outcomes were delivered.

Why let this guy live rent free in your heads. Best way is to consign him to the past. If you are still at Avaya, good luck. If not you are out and free from the influence. Snakes don't change their behavior, and leopards cannot change their spots.

American model. Bring in shitheads, pay them a lot then pi-s on employees. I knew Maserek was like that as soon as he started talking. The ridiculous US cheerleader approach to try to calm everyone down rather than just be honest. He's laughing at all those a-s kissers who jumped on the bandwagon over the past 2 years. In fairness, alot of people had the chance to push back or leave. The drain of quality talent would have sent, at least, a little message but alas it didn't happen. Glad I left when I did, just feel sad for my friends who remain.

He destroyed a lot of lives with his words and actions, is that worth clinking champagne glasses for? No heart or soul lives in him.
