The problem is they keep trying the US approach. They bring in these senior leaders who just play the cheerleader game and, unfortunately, a lot of people fall for it. You could see all the people kissing up on the chats during the all hands, really annoyed me.
You simply can't keep using Marketing spin to keep this sinking ship afloat. In fact, the marketing hype (smoke & mirrors) of the past did more damage than good.
