Everything indicates that a sale or liquidation is approaching, so if you are not doing that already, please wake up and start looking for a new job. Do not be intimidated by the job market, and make peace with the idea that it may take time, but I assure you that something good awaits you out there. Take the initiative and get into action; put yourself first and push forward because no one is coming to save you. Best of luck, and don’t give up!

Is a sale a bad thing? I think you're being dramatic with liquidation.
Having Avaya experience won't get you the next job. BUT, having a bunch of UCaaS and CCaaS certifications might help. Start immediately getting free training from the likes of Zoom, Nice, Five9, Genesys, Ring Central and on and on. Candidly, if you have been at Avaya a long time you have overstayed and your resume might not be as strong. It's a lot easier to find a job while you have one...
True. Stop clinging onto a sinking ship and watching 'management' who can only re-arrange the deck chairs (despite the fact they have a '...wealth of experience and proven track record' emblazoned within their 'professional' biographies!) If they had an ounce of that so called experience, Avaya wouldn't have been going through the past 10-Yr death spiral.
Agreed. It’s absolutely time to leave. Good luck folks.
