VSP is a joke

The only people who will get it are those in redundant positions or roles that can be filled offshore. So basically, if your job can’t be done overseas (e.g. commercial roles) you are DENIED. The anti-people team lied about this being an offer to... — read more

Layers of bureaucracy

1 - I am a Manager who reports to a Director 2 - Director reports to a VP 3 - VP reports to another VP 4 - VP reports to SVP 5 - SVP reports to EVP 6 - EVP reports to CEO KE Why do you need a Director, 2 layers of VP and SVP?

Leaders with no spine

Over the past 5 years I have come to realize the managers, directors, VPs, SVPs have their position because they do not have a spine. KE will tell them to layoff people (or bend over) and they will without questioning. Given that KE is here to milk... — read more

Acquisition

Hearing Sabre is headed towards declaring Chapter 11 bankruptcy and being acquired. Acquisition will result in mass layoffs across all locations. The ELT team will sell you out to make their million dollars. Decide wisely.

Employees raise to keep up with inflation

What ever happened to that? Execs keep delaying but they took hefty bonus and raise themselves. They will eventually lose all good employees and replace them with offshore hacks.

Spring 24 layoff

Word is approximately 5% layoff coming before Q1 earnings at the start of May. Seems like not enough time to plan it so maybe really before Q2 earnings at start of August. Anyone know more?

Sabre stock hit $1.99 today

It recovered a bit to the $2.40s. Share holders will be upset and demand more immediate cost cuts - guaranteed. Sabre keeps refinancing debt to push due date further but every time they do that it costs them

I think we're almost there

There is no significant debt to refinance before June 2027 (3.5 years away!) , and the business is already EBITDA positive, and right around levered free cash flow breakeven. By mid-2027, you can assume most improvement factors to cash flow will... — read more

Well, that was encouraging

With the considerable debt problem becoming worse, missed estimate, and plunging stock, I guess we can expect all kinds of bloodbath.

End of WFA

APAC is forcing all staff back to office. Dictatorship. Mgt with no brains. They should downsize office space and save the money instead of laying off people. This company just does not value its people. Gonna resign now - enough of this c**p... — read more

Don’t be surprised

To hear of an upcoming layoff. Earnings is in a few weeks and shareholders demand costs cuts when a company continues to lose money.
