I knew some countries were working on that, I don't remeber if it was Brazil or Uruguay, I think it's Uruguay since I never had Brazilian colleagues but I don't know. I'm looking for the latest on that topic since I'm interested in the idea in my country as well.

Get unionized ASAP since the entire delivery team will be moved to contractors. Only a handful of the inner circle will stay as Sabre employees, rest will be contractors. You would have already noticed contractors being prioritized over regular employees.
I want to start one in Uruguay! I still need to gather the information, requirements, steps but I have a few contacts that could help me in that matter.
