DO NOT TRUST HR/People's Team. Your People Partner team/HR is spying on you and will report you to your boss if you submit an honest survey. I submitted an anonymous feedback during the last employee feedback. My People's partner resource shared the anonymous feedback with my boss and VP. No my VP is making my life miserable based on my 'Anonymous' feedback. I cannot go to HR since they are involved.

Wait, just change you name and add the word - AI or GenAI, you'll be fine. Or just identify yourself as AI.
If you are using a Sabre laptop or signed into your account - absolutely nothing is unanimous! I once organized a survey and had access to employee ids and names with their responses. Regarding HR or the anti-people team - they were rude to me with an email response. Very unwarranted.
"The beatings will continue until morale improves." The executive team not being open to negative feedback or responding to it constructively only further insulates them from reality and makes them less effective. It's really sad to see this happening. Sabre used to be a great place to work.
When Mgmt has to send out anonymous surveys, says it all.Good Faith in Leadership and the chain of command can NOT be trusted by staff at any levels to pass ideas and thoughts about Sabre upward.
This may be the recent employee survey which came back with a disasterous results. So disastrous that Sabre is forming a team of volunteers to change the narrative. DO NOT volunteer as any feedback you provide will be used against you. HR is in bed with executives and will out you in case you provide any negative feedback.

The surveys are NOT anonymous! My sector of the company had employees within the US (myself) but also Europe and Asia-Pacific. The surveys were compiled by management of each region. Four of us within the US had an issue with a certain superior. Within a subsequent global meeting among our team, the exact words from a European manager were, "Yes, you US people and your complaints." Nobody cares about you. Sorry to be negative but why I left corporate for a great job that actually respects people. So sad, as prior to that, I loved my career at Sabre. Times have changed. Cover yourself.
I was a loyal employee of over 20 years and also had a negative experience with HR. I was naive but then realized that they are NOT here for you. They are guarding the company. So sad for those who'd dealt with the same. They do not care about you.
what happens if you dont respond to the surveys at all? Surely that would be a consequence of no anonymity?
This is very dishonest. Sabre sends these surveys claiming they are anonymous and then to disclose the person who provides honest feedback is a sign of a company in complete rot.
I had the same thing happen to me, but more likely because there were just a few direct reports and the boss asked everyone if they were the one not answering "correctly". So I said yeah, it was me. I ended up getting joy on the layoff in '23 but not because of that. Because I made too much as a U.S. based developer. I'm way better off now.
everyone knows hr is there to protect the company, not the employee. it's true for sabre and it's true for any company
