The only people who will get it are those in redundant positions or roles that can be filled offshore. So basically, if your job can’t be done overseas (e.g. commercial roles) you are DENIED. The anti-people team lied about this being an offer to everyone because clearly everyone really isn’t eligible. Good thing I already got another job.. they denied, I gave notice. They can f*ck right the he-l off.

@kkif+1sLQBh4H - you know the way it works is - if you are smart (and hence can make much money) you are part of either group:
- people who stay and are very well positioned (and thus well paid)
- people who left as they couldn't fix it (sometimes it can't be)
The rest are losers and moaners who will be eventually replaced.
Those on-shore who were allowed to take VSP are being replaced. But the people coming in are being given better compensation and bigger titles than those leaving. Maybe Sabre should have promoted from within and kept it's promises to long term employees. Let that be a lesson to anyone going to work for Sabre. #1 if you are female, you WILL make 35% less and be a pay grade lower than the people who occupied your position before. Chances are good that is you are coming in post VSP, the customers will hate you because you have zero airline experience. Good Luck.

Eteam is a joke…. The Board ought to be held responsible for allowing such inept management and fake PD leadership.
I did not get a response on Friday on whether my VSP request was accepted. Does that mean that they’re waiting to tell me on Monday that I was denied? Why would they want to dangle that carrot and then make for a disgruntled employee who has already checked out once the vsp request was submitted.
True. New clueless people + new greedy CEO + new anti-people team has turned this company into basically a scam company with $5 billion in debt on the verge of bankruptcy if they can’t turn the company around in 2-3 years.
It is ideas like those of @1pgh+1sLQBh4H that have led Sabre to the edge of bankruptcy. Customers are leaving because we have new blood who do not know basic components of a reservation. The helpless helpdesk is a complaint register that passes on the issue to product experts. The new propaganda for a product that does not exist fell flat on its face - $2.97.
Starting over with our new blood was needed anyway, we will be bigger and better than before…

I know of a few people whose jobs can’t be off-shored and will need to be backfilled that were approved.
