Reps now have to make cold calls/prospect etc. Why is the heat turning up all of a sudden?

How many consultants have been cut? How many H1B’s from India were cut? How many offshore outsourcing positions were cut? None.

I miss all the folks we lost last year and have a bad feeling this will repeat again in few days.

How? Recent Oracle Q4 results made OCI employees crazy as they are bagging huge compensation in terms of RSUs. Spending nice horizontal time and buying protections, cvs and walkgreen are happy.

Seems like may be the pattern across all layoffs. As soon they have someone trained in IDC by US folks we are on the next RIF list.
