Most folks received between 5% to 9% raise in CCB which is better compare to last year.
JAMIE DIMON FIRING UNVAXXED NYC EMPLOYEES
DUDE! It’s completely ridiculous that Jamie is willing to fire unvaxxed NYC employees, what about the rest of the unvaxxed employees in other states?! It’s completely not fair…it’s targeted and during this time of confusion the firm needs cohesion! — read more
This company is sinking, but at least we are getting a good bonus for this year.
Raises will be doubled too.
Don't spend as much and you'll be okay
More and more people are complaining about being underpaid yet we have some of the best salaries in the industry. It's not your pay that's the issue, it's you not knowing how to handle money. Learn to live within your means and you'll see how quickly... — read more
Afraid to say no
I really can't do this much longer. The way out is either to say NO or to start looking for another job, or both, because I think I would surely lose my job if I said no and refused to let them add more to my plate. How do you say no and not... — read more
Pandemic Employee Class Status, Its your position in JPMs "food change" that impact how you work at JPM during the Pandemic.

Addicted to the Work and Managers do nothing
We have an employee who never takes time off, works 10 to 12 hours and managers do nothing. What is wrong them.
Employers are getting desperate.
I applied to a company maybe five years ago and today they texted me to see if I was still looking for a job. Hilarious.
When we be allowed to fill open positions?
The employee turnover in my group has been insane the past 18 months. Yet when you look at our org chart, it's a bunch of empty boxes. We cannot get the OK to actively recruit and make offers, though we are always posting job listings as if we... — read more
Bad review
I too got a bad review. It demoralized me more than anything. Why? Because I really tried and worked a lot harder than when my review was good. I am completely honest with myself and I am always self-critical, but I still don't understand why bad... — read more
These things cancel each other!

double pay raise and bonus for this year due to inflation.
It is sad what has become of this place
For a while I refused to accept how much everything here got downgraded. I used to be proud to work here. Now I work with a bunch of mediocre people who act like they’re in high school (of course there are exceptions). A manager who knows how to... — read more
Wage Growth
Are you worried about too much wage growth like the fed is?
We have fewer layoffs because people are quitting in droves
I've heard people boast about the fact that we have fewer layoffs than other major banks and I can't help but laugh. Of course we have fever layoffs when our work environment is so cliquey and toxic that everybody runs away at the first opportunity... — read more

New hires
Given the skills and abilities of new hires, there are two possible explanations: either it's never been easier to get a job here, or very few talented job applicants apply here? I have no other explanation for the poor quality of the new... — read more

Ghislaine Trial Begins in 8 days. Will JPM be named?
Won't be good for bank's reputation, if so. I'm sick of the negative headlines.
How come we aren't allowed to fill open positions?
What is the logic, when you look at top and bottom line performance over the past 2 years? Our chargeoffs were minuscule compared to the dire projections, for example. We are paying a measly 17% income tax rate and running a 58% overhead ratio. ... — read more
