Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

It’s not healthy to hate your job so much

There are a lot of people here who hate Chase and their job. They prefer to be long term sufferers just to be RIF's and get a package?

I believe that is exactly the reason. Not healthy though, it would be better for them to leave on their own.

i left after 26 years a few weeks ago. i was stuck and unable to ever squeeze into a leadership position even though i was doing that type of work for years without the pay. i’m still trying to decide if it was because of my age, se-ual orientation or race that i never got promoted (i always had good year end reviews, no corrective action and never called HR for anything). i know i don’t fit the demographic/target groups of the inclusion being ‘pushed’ on the daily. i didn’t even get an exit interview or email to complete. as hard as it was for me to leave, i know i made the right decision to see myself to the door.
