Just curious if anyone else can shed light on how they differentiate levels of roles. Do they do job Bands or something else?

AVP - Sr. Level Senior Operational Risk Specialist

Here are job bands for Citi Bank:
- AVP (C11) - AVP (C12) - VP (c13) - SVP - Director- MD last year. 2+ years for C12 sound right. 4-5+ for C13.
- C10 and C11 are officer grades, C9 and below are non-officer as are Bs. C12 AVP, C13 VP. C14 SVP, C15 Director, C16 Managing Director.
