For people looking for a new job, how is that going for you? I feel like we’re going through a major paradigm shift right now with so many companies starting to offer 100% remote. I started applying for new jobs this week and will update as I see how it goes.

Got rejected for 2 seasonal jobs that I exceed the minimum qualifications for (no interview, just applied).
I've been looking at different company job boards & they were looking slim, but when I look on these forums, it explains why... Mortgage industry is quite troubled right now... so there's that! I'm taking my time w my search, trying to be selective, & thinking about how I can change career fields (what other industries might I like?) Working out, eating healthy, cleaning, etc.
Phuckin I started applying for new jobs this week. I want to be 100% remote. Hybrid is just a case of them throwing a dog a bone - one they can easily take back. That’s just what JD will do too.
If you are married, you are going to be with your wife 24/7. I doubt anyone would want to live like that.
My boss is like that. He is old and a vp with no life. Always talks of getting out of house and returning to office. Thankfully for me I got a new better job and am leaving next week

I am starting a new position at another bank and it is hybrid. Three days a week in office. I don't mind. Started going a bit stir crazy at home.
I switched to a new bank few weeks ago. It is hybrid for me but hours are not as long, pays are higher and it’s actually fair busy, and not the unfair ones where client made bunch of mistakes and i have to be the fail guy cleaning up their mess
