It seems to me that attrition has slowed down. Either that or all those who wanted to leave have already left? What’s most troubling is that Chase doesn’t seem to care at all about it. All the best employees with whom it was a real pleasure to work with are no longer here.

The numbers have doubled, and there is real difficulty getting candidates. There’s Also a lot of people who accepted the offer then No show on Day 1, what does that tell you?
I’m also heading out, just biding my time. I had a good experience working here, but time for greener pastures.
More attrition on its way. With RTO there is bound to be. As long as this virus is circulating, there is going to be heavy attrition - more is coming, just wait.
Chase Probably thinks it’s “big name” as the biggest bank in the world already worth half your salary Since you can brag to your friends and family about it to make them go wow so you’re already overpaid
Lot of people got out last year. I'm sure some waited for Comp in Jan, and may be still planning to leave and some may be in holding pattern, that is trying out options outside, but nothing has materialized yet.
It really is striking, how almost all the people at the ground level and the lowest level manager are gone, very few left. But if you look at the management chain one level above and higher, all of them are still there. And the scariest bit is how little they understand what their business has now become. Its like they're stuck in a previous decade and just learnt some new buzz words.
We got out while we could. Other firms are paying 20+% for the same job…. Chase really doesn’t care about employees because they will just promote someone from within and pay them pennies on the dollar.
