Instead of getting rid of people all the time, why not rationalize coverage and where we put resources? In the Holland for example we have lost all our contracts recently so why do we have an expensive GM and sales force? If we had more people in France we could get better returns. I am sure there are other examples.

Just saw that TEBG quality cut 4 of its managers/directors. I assume the plan is for that VP to bring in his own croonies to do the role. Meanwhile the rest of us are all waiting for someone to be announced to be able to get resources assigned and projects approved. What a joke.

We’re basically being told on the downlow by our managers that “they” can see how often we’re using CoPilot (AI). They forced it into our performance goals. So if we don’t use AI enough (no, “enough” has not been clearly defined of course), we won’t meet our performance objectives for the year.

Our screensavers are about AI.

Personally I would like to see them address how this objective isn’t causing yet another drain on our natural resources, but of course that’ll never happen.

The Walmart Payroll Modernization initiative began in 2018 and is currently advancing with its implementation across the U.S. workforce. Recently, new employees have started to be incorporated into the SAP payroll system, which was expected to be operational in 2023. However, David Glick and Sushanta Das, with the assistance of Akhil Gupta and Matthew Sowders, have hindered the business go-live for their personal gain following the technical launch. They are fully cognizant of their lack of contribution to this project. As a result, they created a Payroll integration engine platform, which is essentially another ETL tool, to take credit for the payroll program's business rollouts after three years. At the same time, there’s another initiative emerging informally around DAC using Amines. The person leading this has no knowledge of fundamentals. Another waste of resources.

Any one have the scoop on why there are hundreds and hundreds of locomotives stored at Donkey Creek Wyoming and Guernsey Wyoming? Why don't they refurbish them, sell them off to another country's railroad, or scrap them out? Seems like the biggest waste i've ever seen!
