KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! Do research to determine if your rights were violated, and hired an attorney to help you interpret the laws correctly. It appears HR and leadership thinks everyone is stupid and not knowledgeable just because they are!

my boss told me over here at flr that the old fsc building will be gone come summer and that the flr building will be gone at the end of next. all employees are expected to move to the building in westchester or become contractors and work remote.

No mass layoffs, it is now force outs
Leadership has learned. Avoid the high publicity mass layoffs. Force out the employees through high stress attrition, retirement etc. Look at the number of employees that left on their own. So many talented employees.
