A group of us have decided we're walking out the door end of business day on April 3rd. So far it's only 3 of us. Does any one else want to join us?

If only. FY16 would be wonderful if the so called A-team upstixed and A-rsed off.
Already did that, at our store. after i took all of my sick and vacation day we planned a mass exodus the day before the grad fair, and it included two team leads and two sales associate and now i'm just watching the store falling apart :)
You don't have to walk out. Call in sick. You get paid (if you have sick time benefit).
You are way off. More layoffs coming much sooner than next November. In addition there will be layoffs throughout the year as you say undercover with no publicity.
Since no one caught the sarcasm, does no good at all to walk out at the end of the day. That's called going home. So, have a nice weekend ML DG and CW.
Nope. They won't lay off people on the Friday before Easter. The minor reorg in CM is done for now. Might be other reductions later in the year, but all hands on deck to fluff the numbers for the family. Might be some restructuring later on, closer to Thanksgiving and Xmas. It will be very small changes so that no one really notices, plus as people leave, positions will not be replaced.

Clever... If anyone is working, I'm sure they will all join you.
Pre holiday is a common layoff time
Can 3 people be considered a group? I admire your principles, but unless you have 20-25 people walk out and quit, what is the point? Plus it's Easter weekend, so no one in management will be there anyway (that's when the bloodthirsty take vacation.). Get more people or just have everyone call out and take a PTO.
