What a mess. They all look/act like they hate each other and that just makes me even more nervous for the future of this organization. I'm looking to get out so I can breathe again.

Unfortsntely I can see senior mgt dancing in their offices the reason being they are cashing their fat bonus checks not that the company future looks good .
There is chaos in HR and it is trickling down.
