You have to have a smoking gun regarding discrimination. Lawyers are fond of telling you that being aggressive and being a jerk isn't enough. They don't anecdotal evidence, either. If they're going to have to litigate and go through discovery, they want to be certain this is a slam dunk. Otherwise, they charge you hourly and that's too expensive for most wage slaves to stomach.
I hope KH does not take over...

And of course there are others, not just the one.
Taking the people who have the most tenure and showing them the door. Keep a few long timers for show. Look at who has been shown the door in CM. List too long. Then look at other areas where they have cut anyone with 10-30 years. New blood doesn't mean a thing if there is no continuity to services offered to stores and institutions.
Makes sense if they are going to use the wildly successful Sears/Kmart method of IA. Cuz that worked out so well.
That's crazy. He knew the systems better than anyone in that area. Are they just canning everyone who has been there a long time? Or maybe they didn't like his honest.
