pretty soon all that will be left at Follett is VP's & Directors VPing & Directoring each other, no one to do the actual work, maybe this is their goal?
CNS had an overabundance of fine leaders. We will soon be moving to other areas of IT to straighten things out.
what is he responsible for in IT? Please tell me CNS finally has someone to lead it!
All existing VP's and CIO should keep an eye on the rear view mirror. Span of control very narrow now.
I envision lots of employees being cut to pay for the new VPs.
Associates in HR & CM look out!! I don't understand why someone would leave a successful company & come here & why they keep hiring VP's with no experience in this industry.
Just like the movie "Cleopatra" made in the 1960s... they both went down, costing millions to built and and were the biggest flop in history and will be the laughing stock of their respective industry... MLS and DG are just Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton... they all don't know how to act and their egos are the size of jumbo jets.

The "Fleecing of Follett" in full force. Losing stores, adding expensive and unnecessary talking heads to "save" us. Working out great for DG and MLS as long as they can keep the family fooled, which doesn't seem to be too hard!
