They were brought in to change the culture and reorganize the business. What they've done is destroyed the culture and are in progress of running the business in to the ground.

Those were the days! Those were the days when the company cared about their employees, those were the days when you were valued, those were the days when everyone loved their jobs and did not mind working their hineys off. Those were the days when you could trust store managers and upper management. These days totally different story, you are threatened by the stupidity of store managers. These days upper management could care less about store employees, they are just a fleck of dust that needs to be vaccummed up. Upper management just wants a warm body to cover a store, someone told these store managers they are God, my store manager is/was an idiot, but what goes around comes atound ... In the end all you store managers who betray your employees will also be betrayed
