Do yourself a favor and stop what you are doing and update it today. New year will mean many changes in resources. If you are in shared services of any type - this is the year for changes. BE PREPARED.

I updated my resume in January. I have had four calls and two interviews and still waiting for a better opportunity. In the meantime, I am taking it easy at work, coming in late, leaving early and long lunches with the boss.
I updated mine six months ago and recruiters have been contacting me nonstop! I'm still waiting for that perfect opportunity though.
