What's going on with leaders of this company? You bring in an idiot who only knows how to talk in buzz words, has done nothing, and start outsourcing hiring? So instead of cutting expenses, she is increasing expenses. From what I hear, she's quite abusive to her team. How did she get the job?

I wouldn't even recommend Follett to my worst enemies... I think they are so beyond evil that the devil would even do a double take on how evil and inhumane they are!
Remember, executives here do not care about you. You are a salary to be eliminated when necessary. Absolutely no people skills.
