What a terrible culture of BS

AT&T is disgusting. Not only do they not give out ANY information, but they want us to continue to "focus on the customer?" In less than a year, AT&T has basically ruined customer service for DIRECTV, which was at the top of the industry prior to... — read more

sorry about all the layoffs

I am very sorry for all of the ones that lost their jobs, but to the CSR I am sure you will not lose jobs, not for a year or two. Hang in there

We had our call yesterday.

Basically we are being layed off to pay for Direct TV! Thanks DTV We bought you and you fired us. The first thing I will do on my first day of separation is to cancel my DTV and my ATT cell phones.

Hiring

My location did not see any layoffs. Truth is they are hiring and interviewing thru the week. we have a new class training as well. I am sad for those that were laid off though. I am in the SE region.

Broadcast Software Engineering within DTV is lead by a joke of a bossy VP and her lieutenants are just as clueless what leadership means. Morale is so low that people are leaving left and right.
