The way they have handled this was no planing at best. Class action law suit anyone. Just the 2020 smoke screen alone could generate quite a question in consumers pockets. And now you let grand mother go.. I don't think AT&T wants to see this go to court. But they say any press is good press. Stock is down and Taylor is in. I do love AT&T!
