I just wonder how may people have been layoff in 2016. I know the craft was hit hard in Alabama, over 100. I also saw around 45 jobs with the testing center in Tennessee get move to Detroit. Some of the tech's found jobs, some did not. No one was moved to Detroit. This 2020 direction is going to shrink the tech staff and it will continue until the old guys are gone. ( the guys who built the company ) This makes the way for new blood. The thing I hate to see is the back door jobs around the hiring process and the people of color being pushed out the door. If you work there you all know what I am talking about. Deals in the dark. Being in my 50's it makes me feel I have a target on my back. Good luck to all who make it to 2021.
