Has anyone had the JLL people to their remaining open offices? We had them in last week and it was so weird watching them go around and record everything. Upper management didn’t say much about why they were there or what happens next. Wondering if... — read more
A tech powerhouse? More like chopping it po pieces and selling the to the highest bidder.
If this transition into a holding didn't open the eyes of the employees I don’t know what will. They are practically getting the company ready for sale. I wonder if anyone buys the story about being a tach powerhouse anymore?
You are not guaranteed a severance!
I see so many people saying they are staying just for the severance - as if it was a guaranteed thing if they just wait it out. But severance is not an obligation - it is literally the company's good will on whether they will provide it or not during... — read more
Think of the transition into a holding company as a yard sale
Transition to a holding company has little to no impact TODAY on us. Think of it as a yard sale. By creating a holding company Xerox is organizing its various divisions under a new umbrella, getting everything ready for sale. Just like a yard sale... — read more
Will the severance package be lower anter the transition?
I’m sure nobody can answer this question precisely, but does anyone have any idea how this transformations are handled in terms of severance? I’m sure that there will be cuts shortly so this of big interest to me.
Stay strong from your siblings at Conduent
Sorry to hear about the difficulties at Xerox. Neither of our companies appear to have stellar leaders. Since we split it was all about cutting and now they want to grow. But lots of folks who could have generated growth were RIF’ed or quit. We... — read more
Can we expect cuts when Xerox transitions to a holding company?
Some changes are bound to happen. I can’t imagine thing staying the way they are in terms of the headcount of workers. You may disagree, but for me the only questions are when, in what for, and how many people.

What benefits do they see in becoming a holding company?
Could someone please explain. What does that whole story mean. What will be better at Xerox when it becomes a holding company? Also, does this transition imply an organization on a personal level? Will there be cuts when the reorg happens?
New holding company?

The GIS people have been left behind.

No use staying at a dinosaur company like Xerox
Don’t get me wrong, I liked a lot of things here, and as a long-time employee it’s far from easy, but there is no use staying at a company that is downfaling every day and where there is not a hint of some innovation that can bring it out of the mud... — read more
