I want to walk. I don’t think my department will be affected (marketing) but you never know.
The answer is obvious. Rebadge and start looking for a job. Nobody quits a job until they have another job lined up.

Give me the choice to leave, pay me my accrued time earned and don't fight me collecting unemployment!
I’m leaving. My time is important. There is an opportunity cost in staying and I can afford to leave.
