Managers reduced positions

For those who are managers and flattened by the spans —- you will be ORC5 or ORC6 with adjusted salary - control organizations are up first. Of course the pay will be adjusted.

For People rated 2s for low performance and getting tapped, Is WF terminating for "low Performance" or offering severance?
