There have been several FINRA and SEC fines and remediations under JM’s watch. Sommers wants his compliance partner sitting in NYC with him post- covid. Time to upgrade talent!
I’m not sure why the hostility towards McHale. He is a solid leader and brought a wealth of experience from outside Wells Fargo. Good for him for leaving this horrific company.
