LOL! I did not know there was a western series from 1957-1962. It's on all day New Year's day.
What a shame that the bank's name went down.

@3guq You don't get it. WF is not the same “Wells Fargo” featured in the show. The company had so many mergers it is actually Norwest. They chose to go by WF since it’s a stronger brand and recognize-able. Like the first reply explained. If you’ve been to Charlotte, you probably know the Duke Energy Center is WF property and the building called WF One and Two aren’t ours anymore but still have our name -for now.
WF isn’t to blame for anything technically. The POS management that let these things go on, are. IMO
Wells ruined whatever integrity Norwest and Wachovia might have had.
Yea Wells Fargo was huge late 19th early 20th centuries with solid gold reputation for trust and Norwest destroyed it on 20 years.
It's a little known fact. Having a show like that would be (a) a dream and (b) impossible today.
That show was the last time Wells had cutting edge technology - horses.
The original Wells Fargo has been gone since it was merged with Norwest in 1998. The combined bank kept the name WF because of the history, but management was Norwest all the way.
Even the name and branding are a lie.
