Got the letter explaining pension ban increases and what you get if your offered a EISP. When they send this out it is usually followed by an offer. I say we will get one by April.

Has anyone been told by a strong HR, Director, or VP source on if all who applied will get it or not? I’m VCM and My org is in the dark and haven’t heard any rumors yet.

Have some people already been notified what their last day will be? I thought everybody who accepted the buyout would find out on December 10.

What are the salary ranges of the call center supervisors, managers and directors? Wondering if they are considered high wager workers eligible for the package.

Does anyone know if the clause that all volunteers are expected to “report to work until their assigned last day worked” precludes us from using our remaining personal days between now and then?
