UHC has a contract with Calpers where it states UHC cannot outsource their employees claims, claims must be handled in the states but yet the folks in Ireland and India are processing or reprocessing their claims. Shame on you United.

Did you have to submit a list or say who was to go first at any time? If so, how far in advance did you give names or have a heads up? Does HR use MAP independently or give name suggestions or is it completely manager/department discretion?
