Everytime I walk into a store it looks like nobody has touched my displays in a week. How hard is it to merchandise?! Management wants us to sell more when my ftows can't even handle what I have now. This structure is an absolute joke.

I have a friend who works in another company in the industry and who also complains that their management is terrible. I can't tell if bad management is characteristic of Mondelez or if the problem is present in the whole industry?
