Now it’s 6 displays must be averaged per territory this year to keep our jobs. You’re lucky to get 1 at a Walmart…. Especially with ftows not maintaining them or giving two craps. Hope you all have your plans for when you're let go next year. They will come to the conclusion that reps just aren’t worth it after another year of this nonsense.

Managements response to that is “average”. For every display you don’t have in your little stores you’ll have to make it up in Walmart. So basically you’re looking at 20-25 display minimum in Walmart’s. Good luck to you all. I got let go in April and now I’m making more money than I ever did. And zero stress to go along with it lol
If this is true, this will cause out of date issues in slow stores. Then they will complain that there’s too much waste.
Only 6 per territory??? I averaged 6 displays per store before I left…
They want the displays so they can convince themselves that mission 1 isn't a complete and utterly failure
When they are done letting all the reps go that couldn't average the 6 displays per store, they'll end up with 0 displays because the merchandisers/ftow won't fill them now, and reps have to, so when reps are gone no one will sell them in, and no one will fill them if someone does happen to come along to sell them in.
I dont want any displays. It's just more work
